I call back trying to get to a supervisor and I get told the same thing… you’ll get a call back in 24-48 hours. I refuse and demand to speak to a supervisor… they give pushback and I hang up and call back over and over again, each time getting the same response. After berating their tier 1 customer support people for the entire day (my stubbornness and will are stronger than theirs…) I get a supervisor… Mrs. Michelle Robinson, but I doubt that was her real name and I call her out on such. She informs me that she submitted an escalation to “headquarters” and told me that I would get an email and an update in figuras what……… 24-48 hours…….. guess what happens, no email and no update. Mrs. Michelle Robinson stated that all I had to do was call back and ask for her….. I do such thing and find out that was a lie. No tier 1 support was able to connect me to her. So I demand to speak with another supervisor…. Get told that there is no supervisor available and an escalation has been submitted (along with call back). I educate the representative that it has already been done and I have not received a call back when I was promised one. I make the rep hang up on me so QA can see the reps are hanging up on customers when they refuse to handle my issue. I eventually get an email and respond. No call back and still no update on my order going into the 4th WEEK… I express my dissatisfaction with their service and if I don’t get an update I will clog their phone lines and yell at every tier 1 agent until I get a supervisor and an update to where my glasses are… Then in the 5th WEEK… THE FIFTH WEEK… I get an email saying that my glasses have shipped. They are scheduled for delivery today. So I don’t know yet if they are even right yet. GlassesUSA refuses to take their customers problems seriously and you should NOT spend a single dime with this company if you need a set of glasses in any amount of time. As a token of their “good faith” they refunded me only 10% of my order which came out to only $9 and change…. That is a piddley amount compared to the headache that this company has caused me. They DO NOT CARE about you, they only want your money and will drag you through the mud before you get your order."
