Birthday Gift Disaster: My Order Never Arrived & Customer Service Ghosted Me! 😠⚠️


I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. My advice? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! It was the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I had ordered a gift 15 days prior to the person’s birthday, but the day has passed and I still haven’t received my package. To make matters worse, my account actually shows that the order is complete. This situation felt like a complete scam, especially since I tried repeatedly to reach customer service with no response, and the delivery service they use is also a scam with no way to reach them. The immense frustration and disappointment compelled me to try reaching out again to customer service, hoping to get some answers and resolve this nightmare.

Customer: I need help with an order. It's listed as complete in my account, but I never received it. This was a gift I ordered 15 days ago, and the birthday has already passed! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused. That sounds incredibly upsetting, especially with it being a gift. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you immediately? Customer: My order number is #123456789. I've tried reaching out multiple times already, and I've gotten no response from you or your delivery service, which seems impossible to contact. It feels like a complete scam. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the status marked as delivered on our end, which is clearly incorrect based on what you're telling me. I understand your frustration with the lack of communication; that's unacceptable. I'm initiating an urgent investigation with our logistics partner right now to trace the package. In the meantime, as a first step, I'd like to offer you a full refund for the order and then we can discuss re-sending the gift with expedited shipping if you'd still like it. Customer: A refund sounds like a start, but I really needed that gift delivered on time. What about the complete lack of communication? This whole experience has been incredibly poor.
